Design Submission & Approval

⚠️ Important — Please Read Before Submitting

By submitting your artwork and approving your mockup, you agree to the following terms:

  • Image Quality: Bloodline Custom Apparel is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution, improperly formatted, or low-quality artwork submitted by the customer. We recommend a minimum of 300 DPI for all print files.
  • AI-Generated Images: Bloodline Custom Apparel is not responsible for any print quality issues, copyright concerns, or visual artifacts resulting from AI-generated images submitted by the customer. Submit AI artwork at your own risk.
  • Mockup Approval is Final: Once you approve your mockup and production has begun, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made. Please review your mockup carefully before approving.
  • Production Authorization: Checking the approval box and submitting the approval form constitutes your legal authorization to proceed with production as-is.

Step 1 — Submit Your Design

Use the form below to submit your artwork. Include your name, email address, and order number so we can match your design to your order.


Step 2 — Mockup Review

Once we receive your artwork, we will create a digital mockup and send it to you for review. Your mockup will also be posted below or sent via email depending on your order.

Mockup images will be posted here per order for your review.


Step 3 — Approve for Production

After reviewing your mockup, you will be sent an Approval Email which must be filled out by clicking the approval button. The date will be recorded automatically. This step is final and cannot be undone.
